Return Policy
	Prompt exchange or refund will be made when items are returned to us undamaged, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. All exchanges, refunds and shortages must be requested within 35 days of order ship date. Special consideration will be given for Holiday gifts. Please indicate in the Order Notes on the shopping cart page that the purchase is for a holiday gift. Order must be placed after October 1st. Exchanges must be requested by January 10th. Any losses or undelivered orders must be reported within 45 days of order ship date. Any other issues concerning your order must be brought to our attention within 65 days of the ship date. Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original method of payment. Unfortunetly, we cannot refund original shipping and handling charges unless an error occurred on our part. Regarding an exchange, contact us through Customer Service to make arrangements.
